  • the reason why the local govt will never open a road going there is illegal logging.

  • i was born in ilagan isabela but my father is a native of palanan. i myself have never been in my father's place. i wish one of these days i could visit palanan.

  • may the people of palanan choose a leader that could bring improvement to our town...

  • Thanks for the New People's Army for protecting the Sierra Madre Mountains!!! otherwise Cagayan Valley will suffer as well in landslides and floods.

  • the new people's army happened to be leading in denuding the mountains Ms Ladydragon for your kind info. They are merely protecting their interest as well...

  • so why do they burn sawmills??

  • as i mentioned they are protecting their own interests thats why they are burning sawmills from their competitors. Please do not be impressed by these terrorists.

  • @ladydragon80 Just because most of these operators are illegal loggers.

  • thats what i thought, but etetski says its because they are their competitors.

  • Hey thanks for uploading this one. Really appreciate it. Just goes to show that Isabela is one beautiful place kahit pa di sya ganun kakilala.

Am from Cabagan and now that am away I really do miss the province. Too bad I haven't been to Palanan but I know it's really beautiful. Unspoilt beaches and virgin forests that not a lot of places in the world can claim to have.

Got friends there and I hope to visit pag nakaipon hehe.

Spread the word: Isabela is a beautiful place we can all be proud of.

  • taga-isabela din ako...

    mallig!

kaso yang Palanan sobrang layo talaga... alam ko eroplano lang yata ang daan papunta diyan.

kaisa-isang paraiso sa isabela na tagung-tagu pa.

  • OMG! i was born and grew up in cabagan, mas malayo pa santiago kesa dito but i never been to palanan.

  • nice place i am from isabela , but was not able to go to palanan.. walang bus .. did you go to NC for college?? in santiago

  • ang alam ko ay nagtapos si Mr. Pascual sa UP at hindi sa NC.

  • this really a place everyone wanna be {{{{wish im there}}}}

  • OO NGA naman shelcruz akala kung sino kang magsalita stupida kung magiinarte ka rin lang wag ka nang magcomment dito sa utube. Bobo!!!

  • sana may daan na papunta dyan para may pag malaki naman ang isabela..

  • i live and grew up in palanan. palanan is a lovely place that you'll enjoy everything especially the scenery where you'll enjoy nature at it's best..... palanan for the record has low crime rate and as well as cases of fraudalent people... the best thing about my hometown is its beauty....

  • I live in Ilagan Isabela quite far from Palanan kaya hindi ko pa nakita ito...ang ganda pala ng mga tanawin doon--thanks for uploading

Naririnig ko na ang Palanan pero di ko akalain na ganito pala kaganda ang place na to...i will ask my Tatay on how to get there someday,i will be in ph next year:) Good job my friend!

  • I was born in city of Palanan year of 70's we all known this as virgin forest inspite of some smagglers from quezon province took million of narra lumbers so lets help to preserve this nation for the future of our child many years passed by i can not yet visit my hometown.our concern also is the legendary politics so the economic progress of the town is very slow like a moving crocodile.God Bless Palanan the only preservative location in Isabela.

  • i have read your comment regarding Palanan,Isabela and it caught my attention, just like you i am also a Palanan breed,i grew up there, during those days i enjoyed the richness of our hometown esp,its natural resources but at this present time, palanan is at its bad fate ,economically, ecologically and politically speaking.i am here at KSA,20 yrs i did not visit palanan but surely,i will go back there with my family to enjoy the aewsome and extraordinary beauty of Palanan.paraiso ang lugar natin!

  • I was in Isabela (Echague, Santiago, Angadanan, Cauayan, Ilagan), this past March 07, best time of my life. I didn't get to visit Palanan though, I should the next around.

  • i love this place.... whew, im proud i am a isabelino..... i heard about palanan pero di ko expect ganito pala siya kaganda.. this place is like paradise.. may munti pala tayong paraiso. how to go there? by plane lang ba talga?

  • Thank you sir for posting this video. You made a link to the outside world about Palanan. I just hope that it's serene and untouch beauty will still be sustained over time. Promise...I will visit this place(along with Batanes and Palawan)!!!

  • Wow!!! I was so speechless and moved by this video. It's a shame on me 'coz right in my backyard (I'm originally from Ilagan,Isabela though, but living in Toronto now) there's PALANAN. I never had the initiative to visit this place instead I opted for more famous ones in Pinas and the world as well.

  • actually, ako rin po, my grandfather is from palanan, but when he married my lola, they settled in cauayan, and so are we, until i transferred to quezon city to study in highschool. my mom can understand palanan dialect, but can't speak. sobrang gusto kong matutunan dialect nila. • Excellent video!I was born and lived in Isabela for fifteen years and later relocated to Quezon City then to the US. The video just brought me back in time when I was growing up there. Ive been trying for a long time to meet people from that province but to no avail.

  • thanks for sharing with us this incredible beauty of nature. such a priceless place to be. i'm in tears cuz music drag my emotions. i felt the pilipinos peaceful living in palanan isabela. the waters are unimaginable to look at almost like a painting or drawing. such wealth and natural resources are priceless

  • Tnx for this vid so much amazement that I almost shed tears, Im from Isabela but never been to Palanan(too dangerous/difficult to get there). Its feels like back-time travel. Keep it up! I enjoyed reading your blog as well!

  • san ka sa isabela?

  • anong dangerous mo jan?if you visit there i think you forget everything of your happiness and what a tourist preservative town the Palanan, the white beach-the last stand of Emilio Aguinaldo so on so don't waste your time don't say its dangerous i think you're only dreaming so wake up ok?

  • Im not referring to Palanan as dangerous, its the way going there by plane since I knew several airbus crashed going there. I gave my praises to the beauty of Palanan as you can see to my comment. watch your comment it seems your level of ethics is parallel to virgin forest of Palanan.

  • excuse me..wlng airbus going to palanan, cessna planes lang... at di rin dangerous ang travel going there. ive been there many times.. by boat, by plane and by helicopter.. and here i am posting this comment against you... please next time read your comments first before posting it and make some research. i was born in palanan but raised in manila.. when iwas younger we used to go there every summer. i know that place very well....

  • Excuse me to the highest level! Check your dictionary "airbus" means any airliner or plane for short, and you also added you ride by "plane" going there...please next time do your research on simple vocabulary...Godbless you!

  • ha? piloto po ang asawa ko... dpat sinabi mo nlng plane, airbus is a kind of plane, cessna is another kind of plane...hahaha..basahin mo ang comment ko ng mbuti...kung ano anong pinagsasabi mo..

  • anong dangerous k jn, maganda kya ksi ang lolo ko mismo is from der noh!!!!!!ndi lng by plane pwede rn lakarin kya lng abutin ka ng syam syam kpg nlakad m,,,,,so there!
