A person has to lack any ability if they need to see how to take something out of a box. It would have been beneficial to see it setup.

@bwinn10 I looked at lots of options - I haven't found a strobist only softbox that I like the build of. Even the Elinchrom one, which is quite ex[pensive, feels flimsy to me. This one feels good - but still requires care... it is always a trade off/ compromise between price, portability and durability.
