You folks don't realize what's UNDER the SURFACE of all this.  One BIG word that BLACK city-slickers have known the meaning of for decades, since Negros left the rural South a generation ago, to go to the big cities of the N.E. and Midwest.

Terrible !!! especially the part about the public schools having vital resources being taken form them. Could really be happening here in America ? What are and How are we going to tell the kids who are having one too many uneccessary challenges being thrown at them... especially at a time when Amecian kids must come out of schoolds knowing core subjects like computer science etc. Thanks fellow YouTube viewers for reading my rant.
