I'm not a Muslim, but I really like this guy's video. I think he's given great advice, and done it in a way that respectfully illustrates the differences between men and women in a way that's helpfull to others.
Same with me. One advice I can give from a girl's point of view is listen until all the ranting is done (nod , say I understand, aha, umhum, i see, and all that active listening jazz) and THEN come up with the solution(s) or open a discution about possible action plans.
Really, it works.
It's like wild fire... you channel it through some key expressions and then get on with the rebuilding.
