@MsSnugglesworth Hello. Thanks for watching and trying to gain clarity. I am quite confident that "maturity-onset type of diabetes" is referring to type 2 diabetes.
"Mature onset diabetes is a considered to be more associated with type 1 diabetes by today's standards" If this is true, then this study would a serious breakthrough because I am not aware of one teacher that says they have a consistent program that can help type 1 diabetics produce their own insulin and stop injecting it.
@debbiedoesraw Thanks. I can only imagine what it was like for your father. Back in the day living with type 1 was a much bigger challenge. Today's technology makes it a lot easier.
@180degreehealth Hey Matt, thanks for the kind words. I'll do my best to keep on producing content that is rock solid and always make a clear distinction between the facts and my own personal theories/experiments.
definitely amazing... thanks for the info. IF anyone is a skeptic, they can easily find this entry in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition online, just search the name of the research paper on google. There has also been much more research into the benefits of a high fiber diet, so if anyone is interested, google is your friend.
