Nice Armor, Nice Huge Atk Boost, bad choice of Weapon......

try the Onslaught Hammer, should take you less time, and try to heal when your half health.

Word of advice, try not to Triple Pound Her Head, cause usually the Golf Swing is the KO hit. Try to Super Pound her head instead, cause its a single swing that does as much damage as the Golf Swing with more time for you to dodge.

Personally i use Bows for Rathians.

Cause i like to Shoot her... =P

My biggest concern is that rathian's head is just as big as you are. Why the hell did it keep attacking instead of flying up, swooping down and just eat you in one bite?

Your too greedy with your attacks. You can't keep triple pounding and hoping it will flinch so you can golf swing. Be more patient.

1 fire ball 2 hits , 3 fire balls 4 hits and when u get her off gard but i see the fier ball as the best point in tring to kill one plus flich dose come into efect and it helps

in the end, affinity doesn't do much, but it does help to have it. I have full Rathalos Soul on to counter that, but I don't use that hammer anymore (really long time ago)

no way khezu sucks waaayy more, and so does the bulldrome, both those monsters are nothing but major hassles, especially when they pair up a bulldrome and blangonga together in one quest, every time i tried to attack the bulldrom would railroad me, i had to waste a shock trap and blow it to hell in order to get it off my ass

i think that IS the reason to have it, it does bother you. when rathian used to fireball in the previous games it was just your cue to give the scaly slag a major beatdown but now you really have to watch yourself

rememeber, the gold rathians weak spot is actually where the wings connect to the body :)

for slash attacks, it is any part of the wing, but its usually easier to aim there because that part doesn't move when the Rathian does its fireball attack.

Wyvern are some kind of Dragons but the difference between them are that Wyverns have only 2 legs instead of 4 like a Dragon and they usually are poisonous. Wyvern are likely to be seen as the smaller and weaker Dragons ^^

Depending on what level of the game your on....SnS is 7/10 for the early game for its maneuverabilty but its only 5/10 during mid game even though it has elements, and you can use items whilst its out which is always helpful.

Bow and arrow is only good for online and when you have a shit load of backup to keep everything the hell away from you.

hammers are damn useful because of there KO ability and raw strength, its usually the favourite during higher end missions even though it cant block.

The number for length is not centimeters. Think about it. A rathian that is 22 meters long!

actually, that wouldn't be too impractical, it wouldn't definitely be "King" Size (or Queen in this case).

If it was milimeters then it'd only be 2 meters long, or a little bigger than 6 1/2 feet (your character is roughly 5 1/2 to 6 feet tall).

If you look at 0:41 you can see how long it is, that looks like about 22 meters (or 72 feet = 24 yards)

Remember, its from the tip of the jaw to its tail.

If you live near a high school, go to their football field and go out 22 yards. its long, but I'm sure its easy to picture a wyvern where its head is half to a whole foot above your head (like the video). I don't know what else to say.

MH Freedom is just the english name for Monster hunters. Freedom 2 is the equivalent of Portable 2nd. Freedom Unite is equivalent of Portable 2nd G. I believe that's all correct.

get a monster to limp such as rathian, then trap it with pitfall or shock trap, then use tranqs on it till it sleeps, my advice is to get the bowguns with high sleep shot strength and ability to use tranqs, helps catch easy if you can use it right.

thats the thing, at first, its really hard to get into, it's best to play with a friend because it is a lot easier then, but once you get to a certain point, you just get obsessed with obtaining all of the items, weapons, armors, upgrades, and medals
