It has a black knob underneath the organ for adjusting the amount of wind pushed through. However, it didn't work very well and played just LOUD the whole time. I got someone to fix it up for me and he drilled holes underneath to let some of the air out to keep it quieter. If I want it a lot louder, I cover up the holes!
Thanks for the reply. That's quite a good idea. Mine's always pretty loud, and to make matters slightly worse, at the (relatively) lower volumes the reeds sometimes take a moment to sound fully after pressing a key.
@kineticfallacy Hi Hannah, I have a pianorgan myself (that's how I found your video, beautiful!) and have the same issue of loudness with it. I am wondering that type of holes, how many, and where did your friend make them. That would make want to use it, it's just sort of sitting now.
Nice to see someone else with a pianorgan. Can you adjust the volume on yours? Mine has a pedal to adjust the fan speed using a sort of primitive variable resistor.
Will you marry me?

That's beautiful Hannah! Is that an old traditional song or did you write it? It reminds me of Jane Relf & Renaissance.
