Seygra, if you can find a kettlebell instructor near, please get instruction from them. When done properly, 18 lb KBs work well for women beginners but if not, it will feel really heavy.
They do make lighter kettlebells but I wouldn't recommend getting anything lighter than 15 lbs.
i saw on your website that female beginners start with the 18lbs kettle bell??? I cant lift 20lbs dumbbells.....isnt there lighter kettle bells (like 5lbs ) cause i am intrigued by it
