adoro la scena in cui il lupo mangia la nonna e cappuccetto rosso e anche nella favola del lupo e i 7 capretti adoro la scena del lupo che divora 6 su 7 capretti

Also, the wolf in this anime looks more menacing than either of his previous anime incarnations! Especially more than the wolf from the Grimm Fairy Tale Classics anime. And yet I noticed some of the same goofy sort of characteristics in this guy that instantly reminded me of that other incarnation of the wolf. He's not nearly as cute as his GFTC incarnation, but considering that he's normally the villain in fairy tales, that menacing look suits him well.

Since it's Toei Animation the wolf reminds me of the wolf from the wolf and seven kids. And I do see the similarity with the GFTC version too..

Did you see the three little pigs and wolf and seven kids in this series?

Yes. I have. And he looked somewhat different from this one. Main difference was that he wore purple pants and strapped bandages on his arms. Poor guy was boiled alive at the end. I guess it's clear to say that guy just wasn't so lucky. Not like the wolf from the MFFT anime who escaped with his life despite that he almost met with the same fate.

Sadly that was the original ending of the story. MFFT took the kinder route. Which was good since I found that wolf so silly he was cute!

I like the way Little Red Riding Hood is drawn here. She looks a little older than her more previous anime incarnations. And the way her eyes are drawn reminds me of Penny from Inspector Gadget, or Dana Sterling from "Robotech Masters".
