That was a piss poor terrible squat. INdianAmerican is right, it doesn't matter where his knees are, its if he got it all the way down and up or not.
But Christianshockcalla is right right, you might as well not even count it as him being able to squat that much because he is risking great injury just to lift the weight with his terrible technique.
@LRGHMN For normal strength training, I agree with you 100%. But sinking a squat too deep in a Powerlifting competition will cost you at minimum: 10,20,maybe even 30 plus pounds if you are trying to achieve your absolute highest one rep in a meet. Squat Precision is all about helping a Powerlifter know the exact depth he / she needs to achieve to produce their highest one rep max at a meet.
@amarone1956 Most people who squat parallel, and find it tough to squat BELOW parallel agree with your friend. By the way, where are your squat videos? I love to view perfect squat depth and form. Google Squat Precision and you will see how the device detects whatever depth BELOW parallel you are trying to achieve.
watch closely, his hips and knees lined up right as he punches out of the hole. Good lift.

@Benching341 Don't waste your money. A friend of mine bought one and said it's a piece of crap.

@Benching341 I love your attempts to sell your device. What I fail to understand is how countless powerlifters managed without it.
