This video WAS made by a youtuber Her account name is alpinekat, SHE is the one rapping in the video and SHE is the one who uploaded it along with her other videos. You can NOT CHANGE THIS FACT. Taking videos that are already on youtube and re-uploading them to your own account IS NOT THE SAME as having a video that uses the same song or same image as another video. You've no argument, none.

Technically this wasn't made by any Youtuber and, as of yet, has not been reported nor have I been told that I have published copyright material.

Now, I really hope both of you are pushing others in the same way. What about use of pics in a video. They're not made by you, so why are they entitled to have them. Same for use of music. So feel free to verbally attack at least 75% of Youtube

There is also no reason, none, no reason for you to upload it a second time. The reason why TV shows are repeated is because people might not see it when its first displayed. Youtube is an on demand service, people choose when they want to view a video.

At the very least you should link to the original that is already on youtube!

I was pointing out your flawed analogy of a televised event. You just screen grabbed it from the same website that you uploaded it to!!

It effects everyone on youtube because you steel other peoples work and then there can be confusion over who the original artist really is. If I use anything by anyone else, I say it. And I don't repost clips that are already on youtube in some feeble attempt to siphon off views in favour of either my videos or my channel

I also took it on the day it was released, as soon as I possibly could. It was created by no one on Youtube and, as it has the sky news logo at the end, it is clear where it came from

Totally agree, I've had someone steal a video from my page and re-upload it only 3 days after I had originally uploaded it. His version started getting more views then mine, and I was the one who made it. I reported it however it got taken down. A year goes by and someone did it again. ffs. Why take videos and put them on your page when they're already on youtube? I'll tell you why, to steal views from other people. You have no excuse or justification Horatio. LOL @ trying to play innocent.
