I really like this video and the buns....I have seen so many videos on steamed buns but yours are among the best. Can you share the recipes measurements? I really want to learn how to make it.

it was my parents who put the ingredients together.

i was the mixer :)

as i remember it was flour, yeast, warm water, eggs, vegetable oil, and lemon.

i kneed it for about 10mins
