I saw the musical in Chicago a few years back, and it is one of the best musicals ever!! (I just wish it would have been the one with Kristin Chenoweth and Idina Menzel in it :( )

If you only have the chance to see 1 of them, I would go for Les Miz please note that I LOVE/ADORE Wicked (it makes you cry, laugh and think)! But, Les Miz is just another level! An absolute classic and (IMPO) the King of musicals!!

@courtneyluvsglee tough one. i've seen wicked twice and i'm planning on seeing les mis. Wicked is something you'll never forget, it's definetely more 'effects dependent'. which just makes it more phenomenal. i would go with Wicked. les mis isn't much more than a bunch of (very talented) singers singing their hearts out to a storyline. Wicked tells a deeper meaning to a story all of us grew up with. wicked would be my choice.

Why the hell would you ruin any clip of Willemijn Verkaik by putting Idina's voice over her? No offense to Idina but Willemijn is way, way better. Way better.

The Stuttgart cast is the best, in my opinion. I simply love them. And I love their promos. Except, they use clips of Idina and Helen with Willemijn's voice over for the German trailer. While we use Willemijn with Idina's vocie over. Very strange.

I do like this trailer though. I think it's filmed brilliantly.

@twilightfan1231000 they use Willemijn with Idina's voice over as well for The Netherlands (comeon, let Willemijn sing it herself, she blew everyone away at the promo performance, "ik lach om zwaartekracht musical sing along" ) and Singapore.

Wasn't Oberhausen Willemijn v/o Willemijn? Only Stuttgart Idina v/o Willemijn? Because that'd make sense. Like how they use foreign vids when commercials start BEFORE rehearsals. Little difficult to get footage otherwise.

if it was 2010 you would of seen Alexia Khadime. Many believed her to be the prettiest Elphaba before she was taken over by Rachel. Although there are many other pretty Elphies such as Kerry and Shoshana (although all Elphaba's are pretty) Alexia's last performance was the 27th march so if it was before that and in 2010 it would of been her.

lol yeahh i agree the glitter is TOO MUCH. but i dont think this is what is actually advertising it. It just came with the virtual Wicked E-PAC. i think they still use the short 1:30 minute one with the german cast. The german cast have better proshots thats why they use them. now if it had been Kerry Dianne and Oliver I would rather they be on it. Cause theyre my fave combination then the german cast are my 2nd. But yeah the old OLC video was kinda cool, but not as cool. Glitter(N)

And it's shown on a large screen sometimes in a theater tso it has that movie look sometimes. I love Wicked as well but stop making such a big deal out of nothing. The music is from the original broadway cast album. Idina Menzel is the one you hear singing. I don't think that there are official recordings with the current London cast. Too bad, because I love the voice of Kerry Ellis.
