Unfortunately this just seems to prove that yoga isn't for kids... they don't seem to be able to grasp the concept of relaxation and the only time they don't look bored or confused is when you ask them to make loud noises or be a bumble bee or something. I think about age 12 or 13 is ideal to introduce kids to yoga, as it's all about how the mind and body work together, rather than a way to distract a bunch of kids who have no idea what's going on and just want to run around.
@chocolatehoneybrown yeah i agree they probably wouldnt grasp the concept of relaxation but if this was introduced at an even earlier age i think it would be highly effective. yoga & meditation should be a part of every human beings life.
