They didn't start the fires. in fact, they didn't know when or where they would be lit. so how could it be?
Its the ones that light it. THATS who are to blame. Why blame the Country for what a handful of idiots did?

If you want my opinion arsonists are not very smart and since the weather was HOT they mostly died.
There were many. I had a look at the area. It is no surprise that fire-fighters and metal cases were caught, but that's at least partly because the inexperienced people died with the rest.
Imagine being from a city and lighting fires on a day like that. Odds are you are dead.

The government demand power of a level that any man will bend to corruption if given. With this they can stage mass events in history and pay of the media to silence there name from ever being mentioned. Its a disgusting though that they have no problem sending people to their deaths for nothing. Just look at the American gov. They were sent to Iraq to remove WMD's that the gov had full Intel on and confidence. but ended up removing Saddam with no WMD captured and the issue slurred by the media.
