Ok, the way u hurt the head is by making th one thingy on the left reach out and hit the head (I think)

On the same level (7-4), ¿How can I access to the secret exit? I saw a very big key in the room that was accesed by the inferior tube by the beginning of the level, but I can't shrink it.
