Okay. As a performance...

John Legend was pretty good, but it became pretty clear early on that this Nettles woman was only here to show off her vocal acrobatics and NOT contributing anything artistically original to this performance. She didn't even connect with the emotion of the song until much later on, when her verse had long passed! This is JT's ingenious new arrangement used on his One Man Band tour performed by 3 moreorless overbearing singers. I still think JT should've got...

He seemed to be pushed aside as an instrumentalist here when in fact he's contributed more to 20th (and 21st century) music than all of these other performers put together (including of course writing this one -which I HOPE most folks watching this vid will know...).
