I saw this movie when it first came out and it is perhaps my very favorite. But they could have given poor Ameeta a change of dress because wears the same white dress throughout the movie.

i do not know much about her early life but i kno she did leading role in many films like roopmati bazbhadur and gonj uthi shahnai, she lives in bandra mumbai, she has one daughter who is working for airline. ameeta is very nice lady and she is a widow.

the real name of ameeta is qamar and i am notvery sure but the last name is choudhry.
