You enter the force as a Specialist Service Officer (SSO) meaning you are a "normal" army officer but with an extra special skill - in your case, pharmacy. In times of combat you may be required to lead a platoon of up to 30 soldiers. Check out the defence jobs website for all the information you need on signing up.
