I didn't get this movie. The Fbi shot Heller and left him for dead but he made it and became Primo. He then became the head of the mob, had a kid(Aces) and then wanted his heart???? His own kids heart? And why the FBI want to help him. They already had Buddy as a witness. Am I missing something.

FBI shot Heller because they thought he wanted to be a serious Mafia member. Heller as Primo wants his son dead because he was going to testify against him, then at some point Primo decides to inform for the FBI and because Primo has more mob info than Buddy Israel and his heart is failing and he needs a compatiblae donor (his son) and the FBI needs him alive for his testimony they decide to help. I don't think any reason was given for Primo wanting to turn informant though.

I'll try to sum this up for ya. Heller under went numerous plastic surgeries to become "Primo Sparazza" so that he could get info on the mob. Like Agent Locke said, he dismantled most of the organized crime in this country. The FBI was convinced that he had gone rogue and swapped allegiances, so they had him killed, or they thought he died. But he didn't, he survived it and THEN became Primo Sparazza. It's explained at the end. All the agents from that era are dead, so there was no one alive to

Clarify that Sparazza was really Heller. Locke had Buddy as a witness but at the end was sent documents that were found in archives that revealed who Sparazza really is, so he didn't need Buddy anymore. So he terminated the protective custody deal and in order to save Sparazza from dying was going to take Buddy's heart and put it into Sparazza since they're father and son they're blood compatible. Primo never informed the FBI of anything.
