It's somewhat true, i've been incorporating more cardio and cutting out pasta, rice and breads and replacing it with veggies, chicken, fruit, cheese...stuff like that...and i do see a difference, so word of advice to ppl who think a full subway sub is healthier then a bigmac...technically thats true (calorie wise) but there's more bread to munch on when you're eating a healthy sub. Once you're in shape and you actually want to gain muscle, you can eat that stuff and not worry about.
