  • heard a song from cardiology called 'like its her birthday' its on youtube. they played it on bamboozle roadshow, its awesome

  • it's well for dancing but I still prefer the original song... it's awesome :D

I hope cardiology will be so great

Good charlotte I hope you will came to spain soon ^^

  • GC used to be my fav band, now my fav band is A7X, but I still enjoy a little GC now in then.

  • i love this whole cd

    joel ur so hott(:

  • just 'cause you're a fan of any band (i.e. good charlotte) doesn't mean you got to like everything they put out. oh, btw "if you're a true fan..." just stfu and gtfo.

  • GC <3

  • Really great song! i love it, it is so cool of how it is their own response to WaldorfWorldwide like 8 years later! I love benji!

  • I love this, it shows them developing from the hope that they will make it, to actuality that they are a success. A true inspiration, I can't wait for Cardiology!

  • THESE REMIXES ARE AMAZING!! GC rules forever! and cant wait for CARDIOLOGY!! 2010 seems like forever!! :D

  • guys wait till cardiology then everything will be ok, everything's gonna alright now, everybody say it one more time... everthing is gonna be alright

  • I think its ok. i love good charlotte no matter what type of music they make ^.^

  • this is so weird... I saw the title on freenapster, and was just curious. I'll admit it is kind of weird, but it's catchy and it's kind of cool to hear a spin off on one of their old songs, and to see how they are now compared to back when they first started. I like the little twists on the lyrics, too.

  • @usa4mod u know what, if u were a true gc fan u wouldn't care how bad it was. Because u would have faith that their next cd would be twice as good.

  • it does feel gud to pay the bills n buy a new pair of snickers

  • ok, when did remixes come out?!?

  • 2008, the album "Good Charlotte Greatest Remix" Josh Madden was an exucutive producer as well as Joel and Benji (:

  • New cd?

  • my neighbor helped them out on the song predictable. his rap name is "stress" so he gave my friend and i a copy. im really glad he did.

  • I ~*♥*~ this song!!!!!!!!!!

  • i've heard that songs on their new album "cardiology" or whatever reminds joel songs of blink.

  • wow you're dumb

  • Who is?

  • this other guy, not you

  • How?!

  • How can u have heard the songs on cardiology?? ;o

  • i haven't heard them but i read it on polish wikipedia. ;pp benji says for MTV that fans should expect easy rock. Cardiology is like cds Good CHarlotte and Young And Hopeless. ;)

  • likee it!

    & thanks for makin the playlist with the whole album (;

  • I think it says "and buy a new pair of speakers" not sneakers.

  • Nope, its sneakers

  • Okay, thanks. It's like one of those things where I heard "speakers" the first time so I always thought it said that, and it made sense to me, but now that I listen more closely I hear "sneakers" :P Them boys do like their shoes! By the way, it's more like buy a hundred new pairs of sneakers, since Joel has about that amount aha.

  • yeah, i know. That happens to me too XP

Hahha, he must be fun to go shopping with.

  • ha ha, lovin' the lyric changes. You made it guys! ;)

  • GC are happy in their lives so deal with it.

When they wrote their darker songs it's cause they were in a dark place at the time.

They aint some shitty emo band who just writes a load of cliche lyrics about depression when they don't even feel that way

Music doesn't have to be deep and depressing.

Music is expression of where you are at the time of writing the song and things you remember in your life.

If you don't like GC being happy and writing happy songs you're a selfish fucker

  • this is so true =D

this song makes me really proud of them

  • Me too.. :D

I nearly cried when I heard it, though.

  • same here :D

  • exactly! its the same people dont understand this!

  • Damn well said

  • @DannyDCMA There are a few songs I don't like but they're mostly on this album and it's just a preference thing, if people gave this album a chance they would like some of it but they're just hating because they're miserable and they want GC to be as well lmao.

  • Honestly, the new songs aren't that much different from their older incarnations over than a different beat

I'm sorry if you think "I'm so RAWK, everything else can bite my shiny metalz ass"

But GC don't, if you knew anything about GC, you'd know they've always loved all music including pop.

and in Waldorf Worldwide, GC said they wanted magazines and movie screens and money.

They're just more upfront about it

It's just called LA cause that's where he lives now.

  • Ya know, I'm been supporting GC since 2000, I've been a dedicated fan, I spent my last ten bucks on something that was theirs just to show support, but with their last album & now this, I feel so ashamed for being a fan. People ask me Oh hey, you like GC right? I feel a ping in my heart when I say this, but no. I don't anymore. They sold out badly. LA worldwide? WTF It's Waldorf, Not LA. They lost touch with where they came from. It makes me sick, but really, how far can a band slip? I mean wow.

  • fuck you!! did u notice the difference from waldorf worldwide & la worldwide? waldorf is about he feels like a nobody and wants to find a place in the world. la is about he found all the stuff he talked about in waldorf and how hes happy now!

  • I understand how he found happiness, what makes me sad about GC is their music changed! They went from semi-pop punkers to fucking pop-stars! I have a right to be upset with them if I want. You don't see me running around telling other fans "Fuck you!!" do you? No, because i believe people have a right to believe what they want. If you look at my page, u'll see I've got a GC song up, Jealousy, have u heard it? I don't bitch at people for saying they don't like GC anymore. It's a personal choice.

  • this isnt even a real album rtard its a redord of remixes

  • Look, to make ur ass happy, know that Cardiology will sound a lot like tyath and tcolad

  • GC IS LOVE

  • omg I LOVE IT!

  • Hahahah man it's disappointing to think that at a time I was actually like you people. Don't worry, everyone grows up sometime. Until then, have fun being teeny boppers!

  • Why, you haven't grown up. So what on earth are you talking about? You've just grown a very bad music taste

  • LMFAO and since the only type of music you could possibly associate me with based on what you know of me (which is very little) is early GC, you're now condeming good charlottes older material? I truly hope someday they find a cure for your condition, have hope <333

  • HA! I'm not stupid (like you) i looked at your channel which proves how very bad music taste you rly DO have. But hey wait, don't i have better things to do than to argue with a pathtic lowlife? Well, what do you know YES I DO.

Have a nice trip to hell

  • Actually, all that proves is that a teeny bopper with a shitty taste in music thinks I have a shitty taste in music, thereby suggesting I have a great taste in music. And if you want to talk about arguing with a pathetic lowlife, I feel that I could definitely contribute to the conversation since I'm arguing with a pathetic lowlife right now. And why don't we talk about my trip to hell once we're both there? We'll have plenty of time to talk then. =D

  • yeah, let's =D

  • ur a good arguer

  • Well, great! You can have your narrow minded opinions. =) But don't share them with everyone, we don't give a fuck either.

  • One of their songs- lifestyles of the rich and famous, would be so funny if it was played ajacent to this song :P

  • i agree with lowercaseed3 lol hes got a point....

but oh wel i still like der music! yh it was abit crap to hear it first time....but i jus got ova it lol.

    safe !

  • In my opinion it is a great inspiration for all other band kids out there, set your goals, work hard and you will succeed! What's wrong with that? Even I take it as inspiration - I can do whatever I want the most and succeed in it!

  • They're still humble, and they still care about fans and write songs like Hold On. And they're Happy now, so the fans are happy for them. This song is this; Waldorf Worldwide was about them having like nothing and wanting to reach a place they felt they were happy and had everything they've ever dreamed off, and now Los Angeles Worldwide tells us that thye did reach all the goals they had in Waldorf Worldwide. So stfu

  • except they don't still write songs like hold on, hold on was off of young and the hopeless which came out like 5 years ago. now they just make shitty pop dance music to please their more "gangster" audience which is the growing population - oh wait, they don't even make songs like that anymore, they just remix them. this song is basically saying suck our dicks, we're rich and we don't have to try. so stfu

  • How the fuck about March on? They still care about fans and always will, Dance floor anthem is about being heart broken, hold on if your hearts has gotten broken! Just a diffirent beat, it's a diffirent beat cause thye grew up! So did their taste, and that makes them special. Diff sound every cd. And wtf is "gangster audience"? They still have a looot of fans that liked tyath AND gmr. And they've done one fucking remix album so that the fans can listen to it til their next album!

  • Maybe you could get a little more worked up about it? And when have I dissed YATH? My band covered the anthem at a show tonight, as a homeage to the reason we picked up our instruments in the first place. That was a very appropriate song of theirs to play in honor of the band, as it was a song that they wrote when they were still working to get somewhere, when they had something to gain, when they were making music with a purpose rather than just dicking around. And the remix album sucked.

  • The remix album rox. And btw, you DO know they're not the ones that has remixed it, do you? And when you're talking about that time when 'they weren't just dicking around', this was what they worked for. For their dream. And they finally got to live their dream. This was their purpose. And you want them to go back to when they were poor ad unhappy? ugh, quite a fan you are^^

  • LOL lyk totally!@

    ...

Yes I do know that they're not the ones who remixed it, which furthers my point that they don't even do any real work anymore. I don't give a fuck how they feel, I don't give a fuck how you feel, all I know is that Good Charlotte seems to have forgotten how to make good music. The end, goodbye, you are not worth my time in the least.

  • Neither are you. I don't give a fuck what you think, like any other gc - fan. This is a cd just so we can have somethin' to listen to til their new album. And you think it's a sign that they're 'not making real music anymore' shows how fucking ignorant you are. Don't fucking listen to their songs if you don't like them!!

  • the REAL new album*

  • back off GC now idiot.

youdont have a blue what your talking about.

    so stuff YOU!

  • Benji said himself that they were in the middle of doing a new record and the label wanted them to do a greatest hits. But greatest hits are for wash ups and has beens so they decided to make a Greatest Remix CD. This song is basically the remix to Waldorf Worldwide only those lyrics no longer suit them because they aren't on welfare anymore, they aren't living in a house that they are afraid of being evicted from. So they did a remix AND changed the lyrics. What the hell is wrong with that?

  • i know, i'm so happy for them. Why do ppl hate this record?

  • because were disappointed that such a great band a great ROCK band took there best songs and put a techno twist on them. they were my favorite band and now theyve got this whole new techno flip. they need to hurry up with there new album and get back to rock. :\

  • yeah, well, other ppl are disapointed they stopped with the tyath sound, does that mean the 3rd and 4th records suck?

  • i love albums 1-3. they are awsome. the 4th one is ok. its still fucking awsome but not as much. its a little to techno beat-ish. but not as much as this album.

  • I know, that's so true. But they're still the most awesome thing ever<3

  • hell ya. when they rock they are. not when they remix.

  • well this was just a record to keep us busy while working on the nes REAl album o.O

  • no this was an album that GC's label company suggested as a money booster. the label suggested doing a new record and the label wanted them to do a greatest hits. But greatest hits are for wash ups and has beens so they decided to make a Greatest Remix CD. you can actually find the explanation 8 comments above rhis one. i dont agree with there explanation of the song however. i kinda like this song but its a little to braggy for me.

  • I know all that already, but still. This is nothing, the real album is yet to come. I don't think this song is braggy at all ;o I get so happy for them when i hear this song

  • This has to be my favourite remix from the album, can't stop listening to it!

  • This song makes me happy hearing how happy these guy's are and how much they have achieved in a small space of time. It gives up hope that we can do the same and I think that what this album is about. :P

  • Wardorf worldwide was where they came from this is rubbing it in our faces.

I am so disheartend with this album, emotion has been stomped out of it, hold on was ruined and fight song seems a joke.

I can see why people do like it and people should, really hope gc keep going because hopefully they will make a new album going back to basics, but fear this will be a swan song

  • It's an album about having fun, which itself is an emotion.

Emotion isn't just limited to feeling sad and depressed.

and Fight song is about the anger against George Bush. That's an emotion

  • Yeah, you're totally right.

  • this isn'nt even a real album. its a recored of remixes

  • it is a real album it has 5 new songs in the delux version

  • Notice the song says "I'd have a party for the haters, but they're never around"....

  • Probably my fave on GC*GR =)

  • WoooooWW!!This is just soo beautiful!!

it reflects where they are now..

wow.i feel soo happy when i listen to this!

  • Arg, this song [L]. Good lyrics, really

    GC're the best!

  • :) waldorf worldwide was always my favorite song!! and now is talking about how grown they are... EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT!! <3

  • Wow I love it :D

  • awesomee!!

  • i love this part - Take away platinum records, now look what I got

I got my girl, I got my daughter, that's a hell of a lot

    it´s about Nicole and Harlow

  • yeah, we know that

  • Omg! This song is amazing!
