Roddick's serve is just not the weapon it used to be. It's just too easy to break him nowadays. Roddick did become a more complete, albeit less powerful, player as he went along. In the proccess he learned to vary his serve more and use it to dictate points. That all sounds well, but Roddick will never be able to live with the top guys today in rallies. He needs to serve the way he did between 2003-2006.

roddick was born is a very rich family. so as a child he was spoiled. which does affect his tennis game. thats why when hes 2 sets to love down he just gives up. he doesnt have a burning desire to win. but when u look at players like verdasco, in the australian open,when he was 2 match points down and he ended up winning the set 7-5 after being 3-5 down. thats just personality and roddick just doesnt have that, its either hes winning or loosing

@ashram97 you don´t know what the hell you´re talking about, roddick is one of the best competitor´s on tour and one of the most hard working player´s, on and off the court, he´s gone through plenty of epic grueling battles on the tennis court, coming back from 2 sets to love down a few times, learn more about him, before you judge him and put him down...
