I think we actually get this beer at my beer store. The label on the bottle looks familiar.

Sounds like a good one. You drink too many good beers. You need to review some crappy macro lagers!

i like ales from Tescos and ASDA etc.. but also look in Lidl and Aldi .. they always have some obscure stuff at really cheap prices .. different beer ever week almost

I don't think I will like this one as it sounds a bit too light in body and has a heavy roasting. I do like the coffee flavour but usually in a big bold stout like the Dark Star and Sam Smith Imperial. The thing is when you try the imperials it's hard to go back to the weaker ones unless they have an exceptional flavour. Hook Norton are a cracking brewery though. Give their Old Hooky a go it is awesome! Great review young lady! Hoping to see you soon! Better widen your door frame in advance.

@mrgrimviking Thanks Dave.  Its definitely more of a traditional style stout. Not as sweet as I was expecting, but the bitteress was really enjoyable. I will have to look out for Old Hooky. Cheer :)
