none of the Bush segments are speeches. This one's from a Q&A session. I mean I don't like the guy, but even Kennedy and Clinton didn't have an answer for every question they were given. And for everyone saying "i can't believe America put this guy in office--twice", remember that 6 years ago, it was either Bush or John Kerry/Howard Dean....God knows where we would be if either of those two pecker heads were in office
