This was absolutely retarded....this wasn't " fast roping" at all...these guys need to see some Army Rangers fast rope...they would've had all the guys (on the ground outta both sides of the aircraft in about 10 seconds...just rediculous.

They really dont use UH-1's anymore. Mostly UH-60's.

The SEALs do the same drill much faster and more efficiently. If this were a real situation the desired results may not have been achieved.

Someone should teach those Border Patrol guys how to Fastrope! At that altitude, they should've had 2-3 guys on the rope at the same time. That's the whole point of Fastroping, to insert people quickly. This was about as exciting as watching paint dry...

not bad but they could have cut the deployment time in half if they used 2 ropes instead of one
