You know what's good with this? If you are experienced and done it for awhile. You can use it as a truing stand too. Just detach the wheels from the bike and attach it to the trainer and it will act as a truing stand.

Looks Kool. I like the quick release lever. Your trainer is probably louder because of the wooden floor.

How do you like this trainer? I'm debating between one of these and the Kurt Kinetic Road. Do you find the resistance changing suddenly as you get faster?
