I appreciate your kind words. Yes, so true about organic cotton! Most people don't realize how important this issue is. You are helping to shed light on the subject. Can I purchase the video? We show important films at our house and it belongs in our collection. You can email me from enlightened path of health dot com. Thank you:-)
Thanks Denise and Expert Village for helping to get the word out about organic and locally grown foods. We try to eat organic whenever possible, and it's great that so many people are realizing the importance of eating organic. One issue that a lot of people are still unaware of is organic cotton. If we all switched to organic cotton from conventionally grown, it would save 456 mil. lbs. of pesticides every year. If you're interested in learning more, please watch our video Why Organic Cotton?
I meant, why are you calling this person "whack"? She's talking about eating healthful food. What's whacky about that? It's unconventional in some respects, but that's a good thing. It makes us think in new ways about making changes in our eating habits that will also have an effect on our environment.
eat less.u cna eat alot but in small portions.u need to burn more fat than u eat .u need to exercise for 30 min.try to join a sport have fun and loos weight.pic like boxing in an 55min u loose more than 700 calories.martial arts more than 600 calories.try to have less than 350-400 calories a meal.eatmore wite meatand vegetable u loos weight like crazy and if u wann eat red meat make sure u dont haverice or anything like that. water will be ur best friend.try to eat meat wite meat,and vegetavble
I think the best foods are the ones we can grow ourselves, we know for sure that they are free of chemicals and have not travelled 1000 miles and he bonus they cost way less, for the seed and soil to grow them.
I think it's important to buy locally because there's a better chance of knowing how the food was produced, who produced it and so forth. Sometimes when I eat an orange from Paraguay I have to wonder...
@AmericanPowerBase
Judging from your comments I'd assume you don't believe there is such a thing as global warming.
