@cottnwdjoe they weren't together as a band before Anthrax. just got a day off recording "Spreading the Disease" and made the demo - Ian, Benante, Lilker & Milano (an Anthrax roadie). they made a show in '85, then this one in '92, then in '97 and thereafter I don't know how many. Anthrax was the first thrash band from NYC and S.O.D. was what made crossover popular.

S.O.D. originally wrote this song for Nightmare on Elm St. Dream Warriors, but the powers that be decided to go with one of those fag christian bands Stryper or was it Dokken. Spitting in SOD's face. I'll take Billy over Scott "I love the 80's" Ian. SOD is the best thing Scott and Charlie ever did. Anthrax sucks by comparison.
