Some of my friends say her voice isn't that great acoustic but I think they're crazy <3 i love her voice acoustic or not. She has so much energy and i hope someday i can sing like that <3
You can tell she's very very into it when she sings. It's almost like her personality changes entirely during songs, then goes back to how it was afterwards :P
@Smartiesvreter i only now that pat wrote Missing and lacey wrote Circle. Jared has written some too but it wasn't a big majority on the memento mori album.

Perhaps I'm just being paranoid but I've noticed around that fans seem to 'worship' and favor Lacey of all the others, almost singling the guys out! (not here, but on some other youtube...Jared was 'the guitar person') :( Idk I guess cause it's happened so much with women fronting a band, that the men get left behind. I just don't want Lacey turning into a little Amy Lee. (no hate) Does anyone else feel this way??
@LittleSerboLamb no because since she is the lead singer she will naturally be more popular than the others. You take a look at all the bands 99% percent of the lead singers are the most popular member.
@LittleSerboLamb You know what? I kind of agree. I noticed that too. I think its mainly because of her story but I never really thought of the stories that the other members may have. Although I dont think that the band would ever really just focus on Lacey because its clear that they believe in sticking together. :) So I think they will either always stick together as one or break up as a whole. None of this solo Lacey whatever.
@LittleSerboLamb not really. i mean people like who people like of the band more than others. people usually dont love the base player just as much casue i think its cause she sings and people connect with her voice.
@Germannazigirl2207 That's a bummer that you had a bad experience. Moshpits can ruin the show if you can't focus on the band. I saw them at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco..no seating, small stage, but everyone could still see the whole band fine. It was amazing! Lacey looked right into my eyes when she was talking before "Again", I would've hated it if I didn't get to walk up to the front. Sometimes you just get an obnoxious crowd.
I could listen to this song again ang again. They shouldn't really be stereotyped as a Christian Band since it's both helpful and not at the same time.
They already are something huge, they don't need to be billionaires or crazy famous hollywood stars...Personally I think their concerts are better in smaller settings than when they do performances in giant stadiums where you have to watch them on a screen. Anyways, beautiful acoustic!!! The Chasm one is amazing too.
god i loved her original songs but the acoustics versions have even more emotion..
