Official dimensioned tables should apply to the 5-3 system?

I don't think I've ever seen a pool table that wasn't "dimensioned officially," but all tables place a little differently due to ball, cloth, and cushion differences. Despite this, the Corner-5 System formula does amazingly well at predicting the 3rd-rail diamond on a wide range of tables. However, the track off the 3rd rail can vary a fair amount among tables.
