Ah, okay, I get it. I see him trying to go for the back+strong for throw then canceling into flash kick for the OS. Was he out of range the reason why he kept getting empty canceled strong into flash kick instead of throw?

Super Street Fighter II has NO speed choice option. But SSFII TRBO (or X) does.
