trick room is a very clever move if your own pokemon is very slow. can be used to your advantage. if Snorlax could learn it it would help it.

That's what switching is for. If you use Mind Reader, the other player can switch out... it's pretty much useless when you aren't fighting a computer that is completely moronic.

And that was a pretty good strategy, really strong Treecko IMO. I don't know wtf you are doing putting Screech on Weavile and three fighting moves on Breloom.

Funny how you almost lost to first-stage pokemon, however Trick Room is "tricky" as most teams only have fast sweepers and slow defenders( who can't take full advantage of Trick Room). Although the Shuppet Trick is as well know as F.E.A.R. Rattata, I think I might still have fallen for it.

Yeah, I hadn't seen that combo before...You gotta admire the strategy there; Shuppet sets up a Focus Sash-guarded Trick Room on the first turn, then Destiny Bonds the first opponent out of the standings, then Treecko does a similar thing by setting up Sunny Day for its own Solarbeam and, no doubt later, Magby's Fire Blasts. Great use of low-evo Pokémon.

With trick room in effect, the slow pokemon goes before the fast one.
