Yes, it is a lot of money, but what are we racing for? Charter schools and State Run Schools (which occur after a school does not meet high standardized test scores) teach a pre-determined curriculum. So, if a low-income school fails to raise test scores, the state takes over, to ensure the school is teaching to the standardized test? How prepared will students be to think critically about the world around them after they graduate then?

i think your doing a good job so far, but there is another law that i've encountered as a student. a low income household is required to have at least one non full time student. so two full time students can't live in low income housing. I don't understand this, poorer people are suposed to be helped to go to school? I think this is an area where the law could also be improved for people wishing to better themselves
