20 minutes into 20 years.

1996 saw the Banshees last studio album, Rapture.  Interesting that Charlie asked that question. Not knowing '96 would be the last year the group would be together.

I think it was the right time, as many bands from the Banshees era should have quit long ago. The Cure in particular. IMO the last good album they released was Wish in '92.

Nice to see Sioux's smile. She's admitted elsewhere her aloof demeanor on stage was cultivated,and said she decided early-on to deliberately refrain from smiling on stage. I bet she's lightened up in recent years though.

Siouxsie was not popular due to the goth music they were

trendsetters for goth many bands followed them. Debbie Harry

was Pop Rock and a Punk rocker as well along with Poly Styrere of X-Ray-spex. And Patti Smith. Goth was not Popular

in the late 70's early 80's
