Although I am not religious ( no evidence ), we have evolved bodies to cope well with disease. We have however not evolved fast enough to deal with current lifestyles/economic/social pressures of modern day living. Without decent diet and sleep you body and immune system will start to fail. Just not being on the couch is typically good enough to keep physical attrify away! Also, avoid processed sugar of any form in your diet!
Ive watched my daughter suffer from juvenile rhumatoid arthritis for years and she is on a wheelbarrow of drugs. I have found very little info on this to help her. Her hands have become disfigured and rarely makes it to school. I know you cannot drug yourself to good health but is there a site you can direct me to that addresses this? You mention the pharmaceutical companies & food companies. These are the people making money from healthcare, not your average physicians. Physicians, as a whole, are as disgusted as you. They are being forced out of business by our government, insurance companies & others looking to make money. Blaming ALL physicians is not accurate.
Hey when you get this symptom try this out, on your right breast plate near the middle of your chest at the level of your nipple start to poke around a bit and you will find a spot that hurts like someone has just stabbed you. Hold it for a few minutes 2-3 max. Let go, for 10-15 minutes symptoms will persist and then wallah gone. Touch again when symptom comes back. the next day is interesting because when you touch the spot again you will feel as though it is bruised. Try it.
