  • NOTHING NEW USAF HAD THAT WAY BEFORE YOU HAD AN IDEA..... IF YOU WANT TO TRACK USAF USE SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT YOUR EYES USE TO SEE......WHAT YOU ASK FIGURE IT OUT... HINT "COLOR"

  • Something tells me they just dropped the opacity.

  • Fake and gay

  • they Projected something on to her the camera is behind...

  • I can do that with a bluescreen too

  • needs improvement because it seems to only work at noon

  • in ghost recon future soldier they got it too.

  • fake!!!!!

  • Stop joking guys this is a genius invention!

  • @legominifig8 indeed

  • @legominifig8 So joking might destroy it? Keep joking guys!

  • the PERFECT PLACE to weak an invisibility cloak: in the middle of a busy street!

  • I must have Super Eyes........cuz I still see the dummy in the coat.

  • @kdc43 THE POINT IS THAT WE CAN SEE THROUGH HIM BUTT HOLE SORRY FOR CALLING YOU A BUTT HOLE IN CAPS

  • @flamingarse1 THE POINT IS THAT I CAN STILL SEE HIM (HE LOOKS KINDA LIKE A 'VISIBLE 'GHOST) BUTT HOLE.......OOPS...I MEAN 'FLAMING ARSE'.....WHICH MEANS 'FLAMING BUTT HOLE' ANY WAY!!!!!

  • @kdc43 (DISCRITION) The coat makes the wearer APPEAR see-through

  • @flamingarse1 What da heck is 'DISCRITION'? You mean 'description'? Anyway the coat doing a TERRIBLE job of it!

  • @kdc43 rofl yae THE description and with the heck why cant you say fuck

  • this is not real ,

  • chroma key

  • @cococo1010 its a projector showing the image of what is behind him on the coat

  • @cococo1010 nope just lots of small glass beads this is a real thing

  • yea well why did the cars drive round him lmao

  • Standing in front of a projector with a cut out to block the projectors light shining on his face

  • this seems real, make more

  • Thumbs up if you can see the japanese guy.

  • even if it was real does it matter since you can see him

  • US already developed one for military use... Japs were too late lol.

  • @bud389

this vid uploaded in 2006 ^^

  • @lip04vivienne yea, i know.

  • There are actually things like that, they bend the light instead of reflect it

  • @RYDERkN

Yeah, too bad all we've been able to bend so far is microwaves, haha

  • @commonlemme if we could bend MEGAWAVES

which i think are basically gamma rays

  • he has a camera behind him that is then through a projector that projects onto him

oh just in case you dont beleave me you can see the light on his neck

  • he has a camera behind him that is then through a projector that projects onto him

  • The reflection is from a plate glass window...

  • Its real u r-tard dont you watch TV

  • this isnt real, however scientists have made it possible to bend light around objects but its only nano technology at the minute, its possible to scale it up to fit humans though.

  • @princearthasrulez this is real u idiot, this cam out in like 2004 or something around there, i remember reading it in the news paper

  • @drkillyourcommander dude, its clearly fake -_- doesn't take a genius to work that out.

  • @princearthasrulez ur a dumb ass, read about it first. they're not claiming that it is actually invisible, they're just creating the illusion by putting a camera on his back and then projecting the image on the coat.

  • @princearthasrulez fucking idiot, try do some research before u actually say that, this thing really exist

  • its real..saw it on the news and heard it on the radio

  • nice fail at greenscreen....noob and btw to:

stephenharperbest2 its not a camera on the back.... idiot

  • there just a beamer under the camera xD

  • it is fiberwires

  • it cannot be real

  • @MrAmerica406 its was on the news in the UK

  • lol theres a camera on the back

  • Whydidn't the truck hit him?

  • oh my god!!!

    a techie ghost!

  • this makes the perfect public masturbator trench coat

  • what?! haha

  • this one is not real, but they are developing a "metamaterial" ie: a material that bends ligh around itsself to make an object reflect no light, thus invisible

  • Yeah i wanted to try it :D

I saw that in a scientific magazine

  • for all who say this is real:

if it was real, why didn't ALL the suit become invisible instead only the body? -_-

  • REEEEEEEETARD!

  • screen in front camera in back.... read up on it first retard

  • And all the snipers would have this

  • -_____-;

  • Despite all of the progress we've made in terms of technology, it surprises me that people still believe something like this isn't possible when the technology most likely has to do with wave/light reflection. Perhaps similar to the F-177. WHICH, btw, was actually constructed in the 1970s, but Lockheed didn't show it to the public until two decades later. Who knows wtf else they've got now.

  • It is real, but it's not government. Some random made it.

  • it really is real i saw this on the news a while a go

  • what a load of shite he he

  • it's on the internet so it must be true!!! it could easily be a projector, or a green screen, who really cares, i can still see his ass

also there are more than killing people uses for this the first thing my country thinks of is " we cud put it ona jet and kill commies for not being like us"

  • If this is true, it must be the top-secret level technology and will NOT be demonstrated at a crowded road

(with no body paying attention! my god! how could it be?)

For example, at least the guy on the bicycle at 0:03 have to take a glance and "why the fuck is this shithead who wears a raincoat even there's no rain at all, standing on the road?"

That's why I can confirm you, this is absolutely fabricated.

Even a kid could notice, so to speak.

  • what's more, the referencing news dated 2003, video uploaded in 2006, and we're about to step into 2009, and yet there's no progress at all to report.

I think this "technology" really "invisible" hahahahaha

  • ha... well it isnt all SUPER HIGH TECH MEGA SECRET, pssst... no. actually its really simple.

you have a camera installed (on yourself or static) that films the surroundings behind you in the viewers angle. Then just project in on your (best white or reflective) clothes, and voila, your "invisible" . Do that with multiple cams (180°) and a LED weave having diodes in multiple angles (for the seperate camera angles) and stream the cam direktly on your shirt. your invisible from every angle

  • read the bbc news there youll find an article about this..

  • it's true, search the internet!

  • c'mon!

Just projecting the background and he is standing in the way with a reflective surface.

  • how did they do that???

  • hid and seek will be changed forever lol

  • if scientist can make something to absorb or denied a light or ray, of course we can really 100% hide, and now the scientist so close with this matter

  • They didnt invent it, americans already came up with light bending to create cloaking, we created suites for our soldiers as well as jets.

  • i told you it was real

  • This is not it but they did invent a material to bend light much like the "Predator".

  • Yes, I heard a long time ago that a General said that they would like to have a camouflage like that after he saw the movie Predator. The idea at the time was to use cameras and projectors to display the background in front of the person, just like the invisible tank from the British.

  • its true....i saw this in fox news a couple years ago

  • 何これ?説明求ム

  • there is a camera behind him that projects the things behind him on his coat he is not transparant

  • fake if it woul be invisibility you would see the body

  • I would scare sooooo many people if I got my hands on that coat. So many

  • the guy driving the red truck must have gotten a heart attack.

"what the hell? a invisible guy standing in the middle of the road!!"

  • And so consumerism continues

  • asasin?

  • he is standing in a green room, and he is wearing a green coat, the video of the traffic was copied over the green backdrop. his face obviosly wasn't painted green.

  • No, this is real research. There is nothing magical, and no tricks. Read the link in the description, it explains it all. It's based off of a projector system.

  • Smart.

Standing in the middle of the street with an invisible cloak.

This is why we have natural selection.

  • I lol'd xD

  • @tvsam This won't end well.....

  • read an article on this few years back, what they arnt showing you is the huge array of equipment plugged into the coat, the coat works as a projection of the image behind, coat only works 180 deg at moment (ie if he turned around it wouldnt work) still like most inventions they have to start some where.. i mean look at the first cars.. laughable by todays standards (you can walk faster and get up hills on foot, couldnt do that in first cars)

  • I read about this a couple years ago, but hadn't seen a video until now. Thanks for posting this. I want one of these!

  • Lol, All that he has done is made a coat that bends the light round the coat. In my science class we done this on a smaller scale, Simple.

  • perhaps he found Saurons ring? we must destroy this! This could end all EVIL!

  • im with you

  • me 2

  • wait is that real did they really make an invisibility cloak caus ethe way jap technology is coming along so smoothly nowadays i would not be suprised.... soon theyll be inventing real life human robots.... there already in taht process anyway.... so talented....

  • They showed something similar to this on 20/20. So I agree with sayspepe

  • guys i think someone has improve the "invisibilty cloak" i saw it today on yahoo features i think...

  • it just has a camera in the back and it projects the image on the front.

  • no projection on his face?? a "grey" screen woudl be a better explannation

  • sorry Slick37c, this is real, I have seen it in the notice 5 years ago XD

  • REAL

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/asia-pacific/2777111.stm

  • FAKE!
