How did you make the scissor gloves? Most people use cardboard but they ususally looks fake. Yours is awesome! Can you briefly tell me how you made them please!?

@rockstar7809 Thanks. I have a better video than this now though. Those gloves are the "Rubies Delux Edward Scissorhands Gloves" (you can buy them on ebay). But since then I've improved them a lot and added some nicknacks and patty-wacks to make them look more like the ones from the movie. I have an other video on here of my new Edward costume and improved gloves if you wanna check that out.

They're the same gloves, but I added a wrist brace type thing and some homemade hinge things. You can see the improved gloves in a video I made where Edward plays Ice Dance on piano. Just type Ice Dance U2fan24 in a search. But if you're looking for the gloves they're Rubie's deluxe gloves.
yeah it's a bit of a letdown for a first prize. But during that year I wasn't even aware there were prizes. So It was actually nice to get $50 unexpectedly. I'm going to a costume party tomorrow at my college where first prize is $500 so I've got my fingers crossed. Ed hasn't let me down yet.

It's some kind of Starbucks instant coffee maker thing with 4 pkgs of coffee grinds. I guess I lied when I said $500 for first prize. I complained about it and the guy was like "oh well it's a collective amount of $500 in prizes. Not $500 total for one person." But it was nice just to win for that category and get lots of attention from girls:)
Thanks. Yeah I agree. I actually wanted to shave my eyebrows but many people advised me not to. I'm just starting school now for special effects make-up props and prosthetics, so maybe I'll be able to make something to go over my eyebrows.
