  • Well played!

  • @Mortacciis, grazie!

  • Wow what a great cover. The most laid back guy on youtube playing one of my favourite bass riffs effortlessly. Great talent, many thanks!

  • @dawkeye1, thanks for your kind apreciation

  • Outstanding work! Greetings from Chile.

  • sorry but this dude looks like robert downey jr on the bass,,

  • magnificent basslines "ato71" i really enjoy watching ur bass fingering technics & i'm also in awe that u use ur pinky finger cause lots of bassplayers don't, cheers! x0]

  • @tornmask1, thanx but I actually don't think I'm a master with fingering technics...

  • @ato71 : ur a humble musician, cheers! x0]

  • Nice job. It's great to see you and others showing JT's early playing for what it was, intricate and brilliant.

  • Effortless and beautifully played!

BTW... You look like Iron Man/Tony Stark/Robert Downey, Jr..

    Very handsome! ;)

  • @AR13S69 Thx!

P.S. Very handsome? Guess you're talking about Tony Stark...

  • You looks like John Stark, the Iron Man. Nice cover btw.

  • Robert Downey Jr. is that you?

  • One of the closest sounding covers here on the tube, very nice...

  • i didnt know iron man could play bass

  • Effortless cover. Do you learn from audio only for your covers? And thanks for going to the trouble of filming, burning to cd, and then converting to mpeg before uploading - true grit!

  • @satchelpooch0, haha, that process is the only way I came up with in order to record and upload my videos...

  • Speechless......

  • oye... tu tienes muchos bajos! ...no tendras uno que no quieras? :D

  • @er0d1975, tienes razon! De veras queria vender algunos!

Por ejemplo ayer vendí el bajo en este vídeo ;)

  • WOW!!!

  • excelent.. good job!!!

  • MUSIC MAN Bass Guiter・・・・・・Beeeeeeeeeautiful. envy it.

  • Great playing man. I have a 1989 Stingday. it has a maple neck like yours but for some reason my neck warps at least once a year i have to turn the trusrod. to staighten the neck. never happens to my fenders, G&l or Rickenbacker basses, just my musicman stingray. did you ever have that issue with your Stingray?

  • great playing dude, you are one of the best covering songs i've seen on youtube, thanks

  • Great job man.congratulations.

  • awesome! Great Job

  • awesome! Great Job

  • Robert Downy Jr. Is the best bass player ever.

  • Bloody brilliant!

  • You are fantastic; and your Give Blood bass line is also top-notch work. You are my favorite youtube bassist.

  • Man you make that look easy

  • good job i warm up with this bass line John Taylor was actually taught this bass line by the late Bernard Edwards

  • Pretty Cool! Good Job!

  • Hey! Great playing! Is your stringray stock(pickups and preamp)? I've never heard a stock one sound so fat and round.

  • @gvickerschtick: thanks bro'. Yep, the bass is 100% stock (I only got the body refinished in sunburst and the neck in amber lacquered like the old Pre Ernie)

  • Truly truly impressive...

  • Truly truly impressive...

  • didnt know robert downey jr. played bass :p

    you're amazing by the way.

  • it's tony stark on the bass!!

  • Excellent !!!!

  • Lodevole come sempre.

Idem Mo Foster con Howard Jones (tipo "Like to get to know you well") o Mark Egan negli Arcadia (prova "The Promise" ad esempio). Un abbraccio!

  • man You are so so professorial :-) i liked all what you did ;-)

  • Very nice!. It would be great if you try to play the solo bass of Cage of freedom by Jon Anderson (Metropolis soundtrack, Georgio Moroder , 1984).

  • Ooops, I don't know that.... I'll look for it!

  • John Taylor is no slouch when it comes to bass. You're a great bass player! I have a P, a J & a Warwick Thumb and hope to get a Stingray. Nothing sounds like a Stingray.

  • @boongg hey man how are you, i have nearly the same basses as u bizarre, i have a stingray, a jazz & a warwick infinity, i dont use the "ray" much these days i like the hearty sound of the jazz & its what i record & play live with, & yeh JT is an underrated bassist.

  • I'm still in love with your bass!

  • Man you're fantastic. I would also like to hear you do the View to a Kill bass line.

  • I have been a huge fan and once again you nail the utter hell of out of this.

  • i've seen many guys playing Rio on bass on YouTube, but you're the only one 100% correct, by far. nice touch also. congrats

  • Thanks mate: I try to do my best!

  • Wow..what camcorder are you using? The video quality is great for not being HD. Great playing & sweet bass too! You make this complex bass line look easy

  • Its a long process: I use a Sony Camera with mini DV cassette. Then I make a DVD of the videos and after that I convert into MPEG.

    Thanks for the apreciation!

  • Ive been using this to learn this song. Also I mentioned on your other video that I love your bass!

    Thanks,

    PMS
