No, KXTX-TV, 39, was never a WB affiliate! You're thinking of KDAF-TV, 33.
KXTX became a substation of KXAS-TV, 5 (NBC), following the 1996 Telecom Act. And Channel 39 was used for showing OJ Simpson trial coverage during the daytime there for awhile. Then it became a station that mostly replayed Channel 5's programming ... before Telemundo swapped with them for KFWD, Channel 52. If I'm not mistaken, Channel 52 now re-airs WFAA-TV, 8 (ABC), programming (like Oprah re-broadcasts).
I never thought I'd see BJ and Lester again! I was a huge fan when I was a kid. I spent hours in front of the tv:) I even remember that Lester had a girlfriend. Where did you find this?
wow I used to be a member of the cartoon clubhouse. Deputy dawg was one of my favorite things to watch on the cartoon clubhouse.

you must be thinking about the period from January to July 1995 when KXTX was affiliated with The WB.
