Can anyone tell me how to find or where to go to find stocks that are about to spinoff?

I actually like the idea of a R/S in some situations. One example of a stock I own in which a R/S makes sense is ACTC.ob. Some companies that survive by dillution at some point have to take this step. I remember INSP did ok after thier R/S, of course it tanked from the stratosphere before that.

a) earnings

b) dividend

c) survivability

d) price

1) Buy only dividend stocks that are aristocrats - but not now, because smart investors arent around. It isnt dead, dead means its gone, and isn't coming back.

2) Have the DRIP on, so the earnings can be compounded.

3) Right now, be building cash, and buy NOTHING. Just wait doesnt mean its dead
