  • i think that they stray a little from the foremat of the original melody ,i have no problem with their musicianship.

  • What a great musical version, but was the videographer drinking coffee all day before the shoot?

  • One of the best performances out there! True to the whole idea of the song.

  • I like this tribute to the song but...I still haven't heard any version that compares to the original.

So far the covers I have heard sound like farts in the wind. I think it would be cool to amp this tune up if you are going to cover it. No folk-type band could ever make this tune more cool than Silly Wizard...Real McKenzies anyone...

  • Nice version, with lots of passion.

  • finally,a version true to it's creation.

  • Intense harmony, never seen this song done better!

  • Have never seen this done better, intense harmony

  • An excellent rendition of this song. Superb harmony and instrumentals.

  • "The Queen of Argyll" was written by Scottish musician Andy M Stewart. He first recorded it with his band Silly Wizard in the 70s.
