  • That one guy in the audience really fucking loves cheese-steak jokes.

  • That was a very interesting take on the play. It's the first time I've seen it acted out with people other than myself. I think Al's role is the hardest to play. He's got this "I've got the world in the palm of my hand" "fuck everybody" kinda feel to him, and I feel like the actor who portrays him does a good job of that. I feel like the only problem with his acting is that he didn't live the character as well as he could have been, but his friendship with Mark is amazing. Awesome job, actors!

  • The guy with the blue shirt is amazing! he reminds me of Ioan Gruffudd for some reason. I think he should audition for movies! he's going to be great!

Love this play! do you have the script?

  • al is awful

  • his "holy shit" sounds a little like his on drugs

  • we are actually performing this in a few weeks! im the waitress

  • I played in this scene with my friends at Lehman College. :)

  • I was trying to find a good clip of the Philadelphia to show a friend what the play is and what it's about; this was the best one to do that out of the top view hits.

  • I feel like I'm watching Two and a Half Men.

  • Didn't like the way al delivered his lines or the inflection in the way he said them. Waitress was alright and Marcus was a bit over dramatic but he still did a great job in my opinion.

  • This was actually one of the best I've seen. I am actually playing Al in our school performance, and this gave me alot of ideas.

  • Marcus and the waitress were pretty good... al needed to work on his timing, line punches. and he needs to watch his hand motions; some of them were unnecessary. Great job overall though

  • Love this play!

  • Wow. Im doing this play in theater right now and im mark. Except we changed it to a girls part but there guys do it much better =/.

  • Great job. i'm playing Al for a Theatre Project. I totally had some different ideas about the character but it was nice to see someone else playing the role before I took it on. Also, I'm a girl but I think I'm still going to go with the whole flirting with the waitress thing.

  • great job guys!

  • The whole thing should have been quicker paced... MUCH faster

  • I love this play! I remember doing this in High School years ago

  • i did this play for a one act festival and let me just say...you guys were AWESOME!!!! ladies and gentlemen, that's how it's done

    kudos!! :)

  • very good, this gives me inspiration for my act i'm doing at our dramafest of The Philadelphia by David Ives. i'm Al and i now have an idea of what to do at my final part there...

  • al was a bad actor

my friend dillon is better and hes a freshman actor in h.s

  • Haha, ouch! Harsh words. ;) Thanks for watching though.

  • I thought he got the character down.

  • Okay I see what you're saying. But he's great physically. Just sometimes his voice is a little off of the mood. But he isn't a bad actor.

  • well...it was ok. i reallly like the way our one act play is doing it. it's pace is a little slow, but it got very funny when the waitress was there. I think that the actors could have been a bit more over the top.

  • i'm in 9th grade and I gotta say...I'm a waaayyy better Al. ahaha

  • That was good but the part about the different types of liquor thing should've gone much faster. The whole play, in fact, should've been faster. You guys slowed everything down, but the best part is the HOOOOLY SHIIIT. That was funny. You have a good acting teacher/coach. Good luck guys.

  • This was so awesome! I got the part for Al, totally did not expect it. So now im studying the art of The Philadelphia

  • This really is an awesome rendition. I thought the guy playing Al kept the pace kind of slow during the beginning and middle, doing the LA thing a little too much. But he really pulled off the freak-out well. Mark was marvelous.

  • holy shit!

this gave me so much inspiration...im actually directing this show in a couple weeks.

    THANKS! and GREAT SHOW!

  • Very funny! You guys rock!

  • i absolutely love this! ^-^

  • Again, awesome cast. Especially that Joey guy. He rocks that one-sided Cafe.
