  • Thanks a lot! I have a different version of iMovie than you, some of the buttons were different, but the ducking tool was all the same. :)

  • nice tutorial Thanks .. ;-)

  • Great Work Brian! Helped a lot and I sent you a message for a couple other questions about Audio in iMovie.

  • Awesome. Okay so what happens if I split the clips and use this same process? I just tried it and the ducking didn't seem to work (the clips are split, right next to each other at 4seconds each). Is there a way around this?

  • Thank you!

  • how do you do a gradual speed reduction?

  • I did this yesterday but today i didnt remember how to do it so i watched on this video again, and when i was going to do it again that button is not there, can u help me out?

  • do you know how to make the song high pitched?

  • Very very useful, thanks! Although I don't really have the audio adjustments button, I just clicked on the settings button when I selected a segment. But thanks again, you made my day!

  • Very Helpful. Thanks

  • Hi, please can you tell me why when I import a video file to imovie the quality collapses? and when I export it, it collapses even further? Is there a solution? Thanks.

  • in imovie 09, all the footage thats in your projekt has a little piece of clockwork in the corner. (this will only be shown when your cursor passes over that segment of footage) When you press that it will give you alot of options, and the one you should choose is called audio adjustments, there you will be given the opportunity to use the ducking tool

    hope this helped

  • thanks man
