This song goes on for way too long, too monotonous, kind of irritating, but only as a matter of too much repetition. But it's a cool song, just shorten it. Btw, Only Son is a great short song, for example. Though 'I Need a Doctor' can be longer than Only Son, but probably no more than four minutes.
