I wonder what SOM Screen Tests of Patty Duke, Jay North, Kurt Russell, Sharon Tate, Lesley Ann Warren and the four elder Osmond brothers (for the roles of the children) were like or if any of them got beyond the "consideration" stage. Always interesting what pre-casting decisions for classic films are.
