  • cool, was looking for inspiration for tomorrow, that's what i will make, i have already cooked for today (stuffed paprika, with veggie side dish). was the rice fully cooked when you added it to the coconut sauce or was it only partly cooked?

  • @louloumatou Oh That 's great . No the rice wasn't cooked . i just soaked it in extremely hot water for 2 h but you can partly cooked it if you want.

Stuffed paprika? i don't know that.

  • @kadirecipes very easy! i use red paprika (red bell peppers), sliced in half, i make a stuffing based on minced meat (add whatever you want), partly roast the paprikas in the oven (drizzle olive oil on them, salt and pepper), then stuff them with the cooked stuffing, put some shredded cheese on top, back in the oven till cheese melted off and paprika looks grilled. very nice!

  • @louloumatou yeah that sound great and easy. i ll try it and see.

    thanks for sharing.

  • Nice
