I have a nokia 5610 and I decided to upgrade the fw .

it had the v 4.7 and now i have the v 7.1

and it has muc better and louder sound

much more video kuality and photo and it doesn´t get off when u play musik more than 1 hr.

I recommned it !

I tested this cellphone for two months (N5310) have a great sound, i can watch very good quality movies in 3gp and mp4 format, the camera function is better when you upgrade cellphone's firmware. I recomend it.

My opinion on advantage/disad.

53- Ad- Slimmer, cheaper, shape appears better.

Disad- Less memory(w/out sd card), picture quality (when taking pics) not as good.

65- Ad- More memory, couple added features: Slides and flash for camera

Disad- Bigger lol

Basically the difference appearence is one slides, other doesn't. Music buttons, one is on side, on is on front. Finally, one has the flash for camera.

56 is pretty much a physical upgraded version of 53. Slides, flash and music buttons changed

yer forgetting one factor for music lovers and that is for the 5610 the jack is 2.5mm where as the 5310 has a 3.5mm. difference being that the 5310 has a universal headphone plug and the 5610 needs an extention plug in; which sucks.
