It's actually two movies (or OVAs) (and they are making a third), which is about a girl named Yunemi who sees floating islands in the sky. And on those islands are another race of people who rely on magic to help them although they're world is falling apart. And the Lord or King, of the people learns who can help stop their world from crumbling. The person happens to be Yunemi and the king leaves to find her and save both of their worlds.
