I loved this; I remember having to rush home from a walk in the country because we had to be back in time for the Double Deckers (1970s: no video recorders then!) The whole series has recently been issued on DVD (had it for Christmas) and it contains a recent interview with Brinsley Forde (Spring) and Michael Audreson (Brains).

I was under the impression that this show was a fly on the wall style program, and that all London kids lived like this in the early 70's. I thought that the camera crew just turned up each week and filmed whatever the kids were doing that day. Drat!

Spring was in Reggae band Aswad. Scooper manages a Youth Hostel in the Brecon Beacons. Billie is publicist for Heaven 17. Brains works in Debenhams in Truro. Doughnut owns a Drum and Bass club in Maesteg, South Wales. Sticks had a sex change and now lives in Toronto. Tiger is a quantity surveyor.
